I care about this city…Like… a lot.

When I moved to Atlanta more than 20 years ago, I fell hard for the skyline, the energy, the food, and the incredible mix of people who call this place home. And instead of that love fading over time, it has only grown deeper.

I have lived in all four quadrants of Atlanta inside the perimeter, which means I do not just know the neighborhoods. I have actually lived in them. That lived experience shapes how I think about value, community, and what makes a place feel like home rather than just a house.

Lawyers really are pretty incredible negotiators

Before real estate, I spent ten years practicing law in the city of Atlanta. While I did not love the day-to-day life of being a lawyer, it gave me a skill set that translates beautifully to real estate. At the end of the day, real estate is contract law and property law, with some very pretty homes in between. One of my greatest strengths is negotiation. I love thinking through strategy, understanding leverage, and anticipating how the other side is likely to move. Even better, I am very good at executing that plan when it matters.

That legal background means I am comfortable with complexity, details, and tough conversations, which tends to be reassuring when you are making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

My end game isn’t my commission

Remember how I just said I practiced law for ten years? Well, I made good money doing that. But I left it. Cause money isn’t everything.* So, what does that mean for you? It means that I’m in it for the love of the game. I’m passionate about all aspects of real estate: finding the right neighborhood and the right home in that neighborhood, brainstorming creative ways to meet your financial constraints, identifying which neighborhood is the next “it neighborhood” for investment, dreaming of ways to move walls and change fixtures that makes a good house into a great one.

Every deal is done with dignity

Real estate involves real people, real emotions, and real stakes. I believe you can advocate fiercely for your client while still treating everyone involved with honesty, respect, and basic human decency.

I am direct, collaborative, and transparent. I do not believe the only way to win is for someone else to lose. In my experience, transactions that are handled thoughtfully and respectfully tend to go better for everyone involved.

If you are looking for a realtor who will protect you, tell you the truth, and still be someone you would happily invite over for dinner after we close, I might be a good fit.

*Yeah, yeah. I know that only people with money say “money isn’t everything.” But I stand by the fundamental principle stated by one of the greatest philosophers of our time when I say I firmly believe: Mo money, mo problems.
