““If this one isn’t the one, we’ll find a better one — and she did.” ”
I’m Jaimie Lee DeMunn, a Greater Atlanta real estate expert who helps first-time buyers, relocating buyers, and sellers understand the market, navigate financing, and negotiate with confidence. With deep Atlanta neighborhood knowledge and a calm, educational approach, I make the process clear and stress-free.
Atlanta is a big, diverse city with many pocket neighborhoods — from intown neighborhoods to suburbs. In addition to the practical information like what to expect for schools, commute times, amenities, and long-term value, I help you understand what each area feels like, so you can choose the right neighborhood to call home.

About Me, Personally:
In addition to my passion for getting to know you and my love of Atlanta, I come heavily equipped to represent you – with two degrees (Business and Geography) and a decade in the corporate world as a New Homes Sales Representative for Atlanta-based builder Pulte Homes, a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America, and finally a licensed Securities Representative at Merrill Lynch – in short, I’ve worked for the Builder, I’ve worked for the Bank, and now I bring that expertise directly to YOU: my community, my clients.
Born and raised in Georgia, I have a long time love of this land. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with two degrees (BA of International Business; Marketing, Chinese language + BS in Geography) and promptly moved to Atlanta – Castleberry Hill to be specific. Since then, I’ve lived in East Atlanta Village, Cabbagetown, and Gresham Park and I have grown so much in my love and admiration for this city I now call home.
I’m also a Native American woman, so I’m extremely passionate about mobilizing and empowering underprivileged and marginalized communities, preserving our natural resources, and using land efficiently. I’m passionate about our city: The Beacon of the South, its rich, diversified, evolving culture; and preserving its land and history. So you can find me cycling the East Side, building relationships with our unhoused and underprivileged communities with Lazarus, and doing conservation work at Georgia Aquarium.
