What’s the difference between a “house” and a “home?”

The thing that transforms a house into a home is its context — its city, its people, its place. My specialty is helping you find a place that is more than a house, it’s where you love to be. I love the city of Atlanta - but it has its quirks, one of which is its sprawl. So if you don’t know Atlanta well, you’ll likely struggle to find a neighborhood with a personality you love. And if you don’t love it, you won’t invest in it, and ultimately you won’t stay. But if you work with a Realtor who lives & hangs out in Atlanta, and knows its various pockets and personalities; then you can move to a neighborhood you’ll love — and suddenly you’re talking to neighbors, cleaning your street, having block parties, helping keep each other safe — and now we have a beautiful symbiotic relationship between you and the city, helping keep each other healthy and happy. That’s what I want for this city - that’s what I want for you - that’s a WIN-WIN, and that’s how I do business.

In addition to my passion for getting to know you and my love of Atlanta, I come heavily equipped to represent you – with two degrees (Business and Geography) and a decade in the corporate world as a New Homes Sales Representative for Atlanta-based builder Pulte Homes, a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America, and finally a licensed Securities Representative at Merrill Lynch – in short, I’ve worked for the Builder, I’ve worked for the Bank, and now I bring that expertise directly to YOU: my community, my clients.

I love my job…

After years serving corporations in various positions from logistics to sales, I am thrilled to be working with people again. I love to solve the puzzle of finding what you call home in Atlanta. I love helping homeowners figure out their next step - whether it’s in or out of Atlanta. I love getting to know you (my favorite part), and helping you stay sane during this massive, important process. I’m also a kickass negotiator, a cool head during stressful situations, and a generally positive and (I’d like to think) fun person to be around, even when I’m working.

I specialize in helping folks relocate to Atlanta and find the neighborhood that suits them best (if you’re Entertainment Industry fam or related, click here).

About Me, Personally:

Born and raised in Georgia, I have a long time love of this land. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with two degrees (BA of International Business; Marketing, Chinese language + BS in Geography) and promptly moved to Atlanta – Castleberry Hill to be specific. Since then, I’ve lived in East Atlanta Village, Cabbagetown, and Gresham Park and I have grown so much in my love and admiration for this city I now call home.

I’m also a Native American woman, so I’m extremely passionate about mobilizing and empowering underprivileged and marginalized communities, preserving our natural resources, and using land efficiently. I’m passionate about our city: The Beacon of the South, its rich, diversified, evolving culture; and preserving its land and history. So you can find me hanging on the streets of Cabbagetown, cycling all over the East Side, rehabilitating animals at Aware Wildlife Center, educating at the Georgia Aquarium, or building relationships with our unhoused and underprivileged communities with Lazarus.
